One of the largest up and coming sports around at the minute is road cycling. Everywhere you go you can see people on road bikes it seems to be coming more and more popular Of course its a good way to relax, at the same time burning up those calories. In todays world where health or the lack of it is becomeing a real issue. With waiting times at local hospitals becomeing progressing longer and longer, due in some respects to goverment cut backs, and other various ways to save money,in these hard economic times. The onus is more and more being put on the indivual to stay heathier for longer. In that way saving a lot of money on the amount of time that people spend in hospital.
